Our last round of customer interviews gave us clear signals on what’s important to our customers. Now we’re going after how we can deliver on their hopes and expectations.

In doing so, we’re not necessarily following a specific or expected development plan. Instead, we’re working backwards from the customers’ most critical requirements.

We’re learning there’s a capability that we thought we needed but we may not.

We’re learning that we might consider a completely different signal path than what we’ve been anticipating.

As we dig into technology suppliers who can help us deliver on our customer’s’ priorities, we’re learning about trade offs and limitations we weren’t previously aware of.

Getting a deeper understanding of our customers’ needs has had a tremendous impact on our product design and strategy.

We’re playing customer / solution ping pong.
